All of the Stony Mountain Minor Hockey Clubs are off to successful starts as we near the end of November. Peewee Reds are off to a great start as they sit atop the Interlake Peewee A standings with a record of 5-0, good for 10 points. They will have to continue there winning ways, as the Arborg Falcons are 4-1, with 8 points, only 2 points behind them, making it an exciting season.

In the Interlake PeeWee B division the Stony Mountain White team is sitting with a 1-2 record in league play. Having only played 3 league games this year, they will look to have a strong finish to the month.

With a 4-1 record, the Stony Mountain Atoms find themselves tied with Gimli, and 2 points ahead of St. Laurent, for first place in the Interlake Atom B South League.

In the Interlake Novice South League, Stony Mountain Novice White have a 3-3 record, while Team Red sits at 2-4. Both teams find themselves in the middle of the pack, heading into weekend play.

This will be a great weekend for the Stony Mountain IP Team, as they get set for there first taste of game action, Sunday Nov. 25, in Teulon for the season opening Jamboree. For many players, this is there first minor hockey game.
